When is the RSVP deadline?Please respond to our RSVP form by the 1st June 2025 for day guests.

Are kids welcome?We have extended invites to the children of family and close friends only, and these have been listed on the invitations. Please get in touch with us with any concerns.

Can I bring a date?Unfortunately, no, we request that only named invitees attend.

What will the weather be like?Hopefully nice and sunny! Please feel free to bring coats and sensible shoes for walking around the zoo.

Where should I park?There is plenty of free parking at the Private Events Entrance of the Zoo. Cars must be collected by 10am the following morning.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?Yes, the venue and the Zoo are both wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you have any other accessibility requirements.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?Our wedding ceremony is outdoors weather permitting, but our reception will be indoors.

Do I need to pay to enter the zoo?No, entry is included for wedding day guests. Please ensure you arrive at the Private Events Entrance rather than the main car parks & entrance. For evening guests, the zoo will be closed to the public at this time so access is only available to The Square.

What should I wear?Formal, but think summery and bright!

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?Please feel free to bring a spare pair of shoes for exploring the zoo! There is plenty of closet space for storing spare shoes during the day.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us, we especially want to see all of your favourite animals. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
